Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the US and 10–18 business days internationally. Orders over $49 qualify for free worldwide shipping. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders below that amount ship for a flat standard fee at checkout. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email. You will also receive tracking details by email when your package ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure checkout through PayPal, including major credit and debit cards processed via PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and protected by PayPal buyer protection.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on unused items in original packaging. Contact our support team to start a return — we will guide you through the process.
Are the DIY kits suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Most of our kits include step-by-step illustrated instructions and are rated by difficulty level. Many are designed for family collaboration — no prior experience needed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order ships in premium gift-ready packaging. Optional gift notes may be available at checkout for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
Are your products safe for children?
Each product listing includes a recommended age range. Mechanical models with small parts are best suited for ages 14+. Family DIY kits are designed for ages 8+ with adult supervision.
